A conversation with context.
Public profile
The public profile contains only summaries and recordings the owner separately reviews and publishes for everyone. These pages can be indexed and copied without signing in. Browsing and searching this material makes no AI or embedding requests. Approved visitor evidence and private studio drafts are separate. Withdrawing a public entry or changing its source removes it from future page loads; copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.
What is saved
When you request access, the site stores your verified email, name, company, role, purpose and optional professional profile. Once approved, your questions, retrieved answers and conversation history are saved. The owner can review them to understand your interest and improve the experience.
Verification and approval
An email code confirms control of your inbox; it does not verify your employment or identity. The owner reviews introductions before granting access, normally for 30 days, and can revoke access.
How answers are formed
The site retrieves approved experience records. If a detail is missing, your question becomes a private prompt for the owner. Publishing a reviewed story makes it available to approved visitors; it does not reveal who originally asked.
When AI narration is enabled, your question and the relevant approved excerpts are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to the configured model provider. Do not include confidential company information or personal details about others.
Private owner interviews
The owner can use a private AI interview to record their experience. Those transcripts and draft quotations remain owner-only. When enabled, the interviewer sends their answers, saved context and relevant unanswered questions through Vercel AI Gateway to the configured model provider. Only the entries the owner explicitly reviews and publishes become available to approved visitors. Whiteboards, checkpoints, explanations and private coaching are also saved. When they attach a checkpoint, its image and explanation are sent to the model. Published walkthroughs include only the selected checkpoints and introduction; hypothetical exercises are labelled as such. Recording is optional and starts only when the owner chooses it. Takes can include their whiteboard or chosen screen and microphone. They stay in their browser until they upload them to private storage. Sharing requires a separate review. Recordings are not automatically sent to an AI provider. Choosing transcription sends the original audio through AI Gateway to the configured speech model; chapter and story suggestions use only retained transcript passages. The original, private edit drafts and coaching stay private. A reviewed video cut, corrected captions, selected checkpoints and summaries are published together.
Follow-ups and tailored introductions
Helpful-answer feedback, clarification questions and their recording timestamps are saved with your account. The owner can use them to plan private follow-up interviews. A tailored collection is shared with one approved recipient for a limited time. The role description and private preparation notes are not included. Recording search uses currently published transcripts; withdrawn or replaced passages are removed from linked moments in saved conversations.
Personal welcomes and starting points
Welcome videos capture camera and microphone only after the owner starts recording. They remain local until uploaded to private storage. The owner reviews captions and explicitly chooses approved visitors or a public welcome. A public welcome can be watched without signing in. Welcome videos are not added to career evidence or automatically sent to an AI provider. Home questions are public; featured evidence still requires approval.
Your follow-ups and saved briefs
When the owner links published evidence to your question, an answer appears in your follow-up inbox. You can mark it read. Other visitors cannot see who asked; no follow-up email is sent. If its source becomes unavailable, the linked answer and note are hidden.
Saved recruiter briefs hold your role context, notes and references to answers or recording moments. Only your account can read them through the app while you have access; they are excluded from the owner’s workspace export. The service operator and database administrators can still access stored data. Opening or exporting a brief checks source availability again. Downloaded briefs are snapshots and cannot be recalled; you can delete saved briefs in Saved briefs.
Storage and control
Vercel hosts the application, Supabase stores account and interview data, and the installation’s configured email provider delivers sign-in emails. Essential cookies keep you signed in. Public browsing does not create an interview conversation.
Records currently remain until removed by the owner; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Owners can export their workspace or request session/workspace deletion in Next steps. File cleanup may wait two hours for earlier upload links to expire. Session deletion may leave excerpts in previous conversations; full workspace deletion removes that history. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled. For access or deletion requests, contact the person who shared this workspace. No marketing subscription is created by requesting access.
